After the award winning “The Entrance” that reached over 5 million views on Youtube, Heineken is launching a new advertising entitled “The Date”.
It’s a short film that narrates a perfect date, full of energy and friendly characters in a Chinese restaurant, where the cool guy takes his girl to visit the cheerful chefs, challenge a magician, fight against a dragon in a shadow theater and end up enjoying a Heineken on the dance floor.
It was produced by the prestigious agency Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam and directed by talented Fredrik Bond. The protagonists were the model and actor Guillaume Dolmans and beautiful model Samantha Rex.
The ad is perfectly accompanied by the song “Jaan Ho Pehechaan” by Indian musician Mohammad Rafi. A song that became popular in 60s Bollywood film called “Gumnaam”.
This is the second episode of its global campaign “Open Your World”, a glamorous tribute to all magical dates and legendary night-outs.
